Stocks of interest at the close of trade on the ASX on Wednesday, November 21:

WES - WESFARMERS LIMITED - down $12.26, or 27.7 per cent, to $31.96

COL - COLES GROUP - floated at $12.49 and closed at $12.75

WOW - WOOLWORTHS GROUP - up 35 cents, or 1.2 per cent, to $28.87

Coles shares have floated on the Australian stock market at $12.49, with Wesfarmers' price adjusting in early trade without the supermarket giant in its stable.

TRS - THE REJECT SHOP - up 34 cents, or 14 per cent, to $2.77

Troubled discount retailer The Reject Shop says it will consider an "opportunistic" $78 million takeover bid, but urged its shareholders not to sell before it digests the news and makes a recommendation.

SGP - STOCKLAND - up nine cents, or 2.5 per cent, to $3.65

Property group Stockland is set to sell two more regional shopping centres for a discounted $113.1 million, as it continues to reshape its commercial portfolio.

SHL - SONIC HEALTHCARE - up 88 cents, or 4.1 per cent, to $22.45

Sonic Healthcare has reported a record net profit of $476 million, on revenues of just over $5.5 billion, an increase of 11 per cent and eight per cent respectively.
